Dr. Wooyoung Jung is an assistant professor and the HUBS Lab's director at the University of Arizona.

Mr. Prosper Babon-Ayeng is a graduate research assistant at the Human Building Synergy (HUBS) Lab. He assists with the conduct of scholarly research works in the Lab. He received his M.Sc. in Construction Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi-Ghana, and B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the same institution. Mr. Babon-Ayeng has research interest in energy efficiency of human-centered building operations, sustainability, construction circular economy, green financing of infrastructure projects, and construction 4.0 technologies.

Ms. Sophia Kristine Witt is an undergraduate research assitant at the HUBS Lab. She supports various research items, including HVAC practitioners' perspectives on human-centered operations in buildings and ARCE students' engineering identity. Beside this, she participates as a member of the University’s Engineering Student Council. Before this, she worked on learning how to minimize her environmental footprint at Verde Valley School in Arizona. She is passionate about implementing strategies for sustainable development. Her goal is to work with team members to plan and design finer lasting solutions.

Ms. Sun Kwon is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master's in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her research focuses on building energy modeling and performance evaluation, with a keen interest in personalized HVAC systems that enable smart home technologies. Outside of her academic pursuits, Sun enjoys swimming and playing tennis.
